You’ll spend your nights engaging with guests, not stuck behind a boring desk. Busy nights, good music, and guests who showed up to have a good time.
We value great crew members. Show up, work hard, and there’s a clear path to Yard Crew Leader and beyond. We’d rather promote from our own crew.
We’re busiest in the evenings, on weekends, and through the summer, so there’s real flexibility to work around school, sports, and everything else.

You’re the one on the floor making sure the crew is set, the guests are happy, and the property looks great. Part leader, part problem-solver, part host. You’ll open and close, coach the crew, jump on a register when the line grows, and handle whatever the night throws at you. This is not a desk job. You’ll be out on the property where the action is.

This is where most of the crew starts, and it’s the heartbeat of the place. You’ll greet guests, check golfers in, keep the drinks and snacks moving, help with parties, and keep the property looking sharp. No experience needed. If you’re friendly, dependable, and ready to pitch in wherever you’re needed, we’ll teach you the rest.
